Registration Cancellation Policy and Refunds
Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing: don’t forget to include all your bank’s information.
Refund of fees, less € 75,00 for administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received before May 9^th, 2009. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be paid after the Conference.

After you completed your online registration, it will not be possible to access the online form again; changes can only be made by requesting them by email to registration@sistemacongressi.com.

We have booked a wide number of rooms for this Conference at several hotels in the city centre as well as close to the conference venue. All reservations must be made by the participants themselves contacting the hotel directly; please DO NOT USE THE HOTEL ON-LINE BOOKING FORM but write an e-mail or fax reporting the conference title "LUH2009" when booking.
It is really difficult to find single rooms: usually hotels have only double rooms which can be used as a single occupancy.
Please note that early booking is necessary; this special rates are guaranteed only by  April 9^th  April 16^th, 2009. After that the hotel is free to sell his rooms at its usual commercial rates.

Shuttle bus will be provided by the Conference and will leave every morning from Bologna railway station and city centre to the Conference site 45 minutes before the Conference starts - traffic is very bad in the morning and we are in a very crucial area. The same service will be provide back at the end of the last session in the afternoon.

If you drive your own car, you  need to be particularly prudent in Bologna urban area.  Many cities and towns have now restricted areas in their centres where driving is authorized only to local inhabitants or to individuals destined for a hotel in the restricted zone.  Drivers should pay attention to posted signs and be careful not to enter zones of limited traffic, which are marked by signs "ZTL", since in Bologna there is this video surveillance.  If you are driving into a ZTL zone to your hotel, make sure that the hotel has previously sent a fax to the local authorities providing the approximate time of your arrival by car. Check the hotel position in internet and ask them to assure your safe arrival to their parking.
